Resolution by Board to set terms on late HOA Fees – 4/18/06
M. Carpentier made a motion and K. Melhorn seconded to a letter to any homeowner, after 60 days of non-payment of HOA fees, that they have 15 days to contact the office to make arrangements for payment. Motion passed.
