Resolution by Board to follow Roberts Rules of Order in all future meetings – 5/13/08

Motion was made and seconded that all future meetings of the Lake Country Village HOA substantially comply with the Roberts Rules of Order (unless the Bylaws provide differently) at which time the Bylaws shall govern any inconsistency.
