Resolution by Board to have former officers of the most recent Board of Directors hand over documents to newly elected officers within 10 days – 5/13/08

A motion was made and seconded to have former officers of the most recent Board of Directors of Lake Country Village HOA, turn over to the newly elected counterparts, any and all records, correspondence, bank statements, checks, documents and papers within 10 days and to certify, in writing, that the papers are delivered and complete.
