Resolution of the Board at the 10/18/2011 meeting.

Landscaping RFP has been reviewed. We want one-year contracts, not long-term. Input from Owners is encouraged.  After much discussion the Board feels Hart’s proposal offers the best deal. JOHN BURDO moves that we accept Hart’s proposal for landscaping as discussed; GERRY EAGAN seconds. Passed.
