Resolution of the Board at the 11/15/2011 meeting.

Regarding the property with fire damage, Gary suggests that the Board, on his advice, authorize payment now. In the past, the Homeowners’ companies have just gone ahead and paid claims. But this time the company said No, pay it and then come after us.  Bob Turek moves that we authorize our attorney to deliver a check to ServPro and authorize the subrogation of the claim so we can start the collection process.  Maureen Carlo seconds. Passed.
