Pump station on Baltimore was fixed today.  It is essential to have a back-up in case of problems.  Roto-Rooter will store the back-up pump for free. The last new one we bought was $4000 so this represents a savings for us. John Burdo moves that we go ahead and fix the back-up pump for $1700, Maureen Carlo seconds.  Passed.
