[Excerpt of Gary Favro’s letter regarding responsibilities.  Adopted at February 28 meeting but rescinded in October 2017.] Maintenance of fences within the deeded area of a lot owner are the responsibility of the lot owners.  Fences located solely on the common area (exterior perimeter and so forth) are clearly the responsibility of the HOA. This opinion is further supported by Section 4 of Article VIII.
