Resolutions of the Board at the 4/17/2012 meeting.

• The Bookkeeper’s job has been separated from that of the Property Manager in the new contracts due to take effect in May.  Gerry Eagan moves to accept Anne Sanford’s bid for Bookkeeper for one year; John Burdo seconds.  Passed. 
• Naomi Bradshaw moves to accept Bob Olson’s bid for a one-year contract for Property Manager; Dan Shusda seconds. Passed with four in favor and one opposed.
