• Three open Board positions can be filled by the three candidates who applied. The Secretary casts one vote to accept the three candidates for the open Board positions. Thank you to Naomi Bradshaw who steps down; welcome to Wayne Cashman, who is the newest Board member.
• Maureen Carlo moves to realign the Board for 2012-2013 fiscal year as follows: President, Sue Phillips; Vice-President, Bob Turek; Treasurer, John Burdo; Secretary, Gerry Eagan. Dan Shusda, Maureen Carlo, and Wayne Cashman are Members At Large. Dan Shusda seconds the motion. Passed.
