A new HOA insurance policy has been studied and carefully compared to the previous one. Wayne Cashman moves to accept the insurance proposal brought by Curtis Latremore, which offers far better coverage and better claim service than we have had before, at about the same price. A presentation will soon be made at a meeting of all HOA members so they can ask questions and hear suggestions as to which companies may be better to deal with, and how much insurance is prudent to have for our individual units.
