Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 8/21/2012 meeting.

• Board authorization to do some needed black top repairs. A motion to do this repair was made by W. Cashman and seconded by B. Turek.  Passed by all.

• Board authorization to do some painting on buildings where paint is flaking.  A motion to do this repair was made by W. Cashman and seconded by B. Turek. Passed by all.

•  Board authorization to replace one more roof this year at Maine Rd 101-103-105.  A motion to replace the roof was made by W. Cashman and seconded by M. Carlo. Passed by all.
