Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 8/21/2012 meeting.

•  Sally Connolly reported that there was one outstanding building request from a homeowner who wants to change the backyard fence from 4 to 6 and 8 feet in some areas. Sally asked for the board and legal to assist in addressing this request. The location is 152 Maryland Rd. Discussion by the board and those in attendance followed.  Then a motion was made to allow the homeowner to put up hedges along and inside his fence line except where the back gate is for maintenance access. Motion was made by W. Cashman and seconded by B. Turek. G. Eagan was asked to write a board approved letter to send to the owner. The motion was passed by all.

• Owner of 20 Maryland 7 work requests for property improvement in and around his residence.  The board and all discussed the request. The board agreed to allow the request if the owner signs an agreement (to be provided by G. Favro) to (a) produce a valid building permit for work to connect to the city storm system, (b) that owner accept all responsibility to pay for the work, (c) that the owner agrees to indemnify and same harmless LCV HOA for any and all claims and (d) that project needs to be completed in 90 days and if not the HOA will complete and the owner will pay.
