Resolution of the Board at the 8/21/2012 meeting.

Notice of special authorization board meeting to award our winter 2012—2013 snow removal contract with Harts at the same contract price and an option-provision to make a contract the following year/season at the same price. A Special resolution written up by G. Favro was created to allow Gary to work on this contract with Harts so that Harts could start preparation for the upcoming snow season. The board all signed this special resolution.
