Resolution of the LCV Board at the 10/16/2012 meeting.

The board needed to fill the HOA Vice President position. Board member Dan Shusda was nominated by John Burdo and seconded by Gerry E.to fill the Vice President position until the annual May 2013 meeting.  The board discussed the nomination and then voted yes.
