Resolution of the Board at the 11/20/2012 meeting.

At times board members may not be able to make a meeting and an important decision might have to be made. If a quorum is not present the decision cannot be made. A motion to make a resolution to allow up to two board members to call in to the board meeting via a conference call to help in the discussion and to vote along with the attending board members was made by Maureen C and seconded by Dan S. The board discussed the motion and then voted, 4 in favor and 1 against. The motion was passed.

Note: This is already permitted for all Board members in Article V, Section 9 of the LCVHOA By-laws.
