Resolution of the LCV Board at the 12/18/2012 meeting.

A Yearly Maintenance Plan to maintain the Baltimore Pump Station by Roto-Rooter was presented to the board. Maureen has been working with them to get an estimate. The estimate was for $1350.  It detailed service that would be provided by Roto-Rooter throughout the year.  The plan was discussed by the board.  A motion to accept the plan starting January 1“, 2013 was made by W. Cashman and seconded by Maureen Carlo.  The motion was passed by all.  Roto-Rooter has fixed and is storing our back up pump.   Follow on status reports should be made by Roto-Rooter and presented to the Property Manager.  Payment should be quarterly.  Contract will be drawn up for all to sign.
