Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 4/16/2013 meeting.

• Resolution on LCV 267 work order request.  Owner wishes to change a utility garbage door to a larger size to accommodate the newer garbage cans. The owner is willing to pay for the item. Wayne made a motion to allow owner to install a 36″ door meeting city code.  Maureen seconded the motion. The motion passed.

• Resolution on LCV 268 work order request.  Owner wishes to install a planter and bench on a concrete pad near a unit on Maryland Road. The owner agreed to do the work and to maintain it. Wayne made a motion to allow the owner to do this work, Gerry seconded. The motion passed.
