Resolution of the LCV Board at the 5/14/2013 meeting.

Resolution to establish the HOA Maintenance Fee Budget for July 2013 to June 2014. The board presented the proposed maintenance budget for the 3rd time to the homeowners. The fee will be raised from $195 to $205 per month to help the HOA fix some ongoing maintenance issues that need to be addressed.  Maureen Carlo made a motion to approve the new budget of $205 per month for 2013-2014. Dan Shusda seconded the motion.  It was passed by all.
