Resolution of the LCV Board at the 5/14/2013 meeting.

Resolution on Work Request from 65 Maine.  Bob Olsen stated that he had a request from 65 Maine to use a backhoe in the back yard to remove a stump.  Bob has recommended that he use a stump grinder instead so that the weight of a backhoe would not damage any underground utilities.  Bob was asked to revise the work order allow the owner to use a stump grinder.  A motion was made by Gerry E. to allow the owner of 65 Maine to use a stump grinder to remove the stump in his backyard, to remove the residue from grinding the stump and to reseed the lawn if any of it is damaged while moving the grinder in and out of the yard.  The work is slated to be done next week.  Maureen seconded the motion. Dan asked of a vote.  The motion was passed.
