Resolution of the LCV Board at the 6/18/2013 meeting.

Authorization for seal coating contract.  The board has a quote from Adirondack Seal Coating to patch and seal coat all of our driveways, parking areas, and the three cul-de-sac roads that the HOA is responsible for.  The contractor would work around any asphalt repair that might be worked on at the same time.  Adam W. stated that he would try to get some bids on the asphalt repair in the next 2 weeks.  Wayne C. made a motion to accept the bid from Adirondack Seal Coating and Gerry E. seconded.  The motion was passed by all.
