Resolution of the LCV Board at the 6/18/2013 meeting.

Paul Hart stated that he would make the same bid as last year for snow removal for the 2013-2014 seasons.  Wayne made a motion to accept the contract proposal and Maureen seconded.  The motion was passed by all.  Gary made two updates to the new contract, one to renew at the same price and the second to add some language about indemnification asked for by our insurance agent.
