Resolution of the LCV Board at the 6/18/2013 meeting.

Resolution on the HOA 2013 newsletter and contents. The board members have made a number of changes.  Gary asked that we change the word condo to townhouse since that is what the units really are.  Gerry asked that we include the Highlights of the Rules and Regulations along with the yearly newsletter packet.  Wayne C. made a motion to accept the newsletter as amended and Joe R. seconded it.  The motion was passed by all.  The updated Welcome packet letter attached to the yearly newsletter was approved by the board to give to new homeowners.
