Resolutions of the LCV Board at the July 16, 2013 meeting.

• Contract for asphalt seal coating.  Almost done and needs to have a couple of homes removed from the quote with the contractor.  Contract just about ready to be signed.  Seal coating will be done after the asphalt repair is done.  A motion to approve of the signing of the contract was made by W. Cashman and seconded by S. Phillips.  The motion was passed by all.  The asphalt repair was not in the budget but we need to fund this also before the seal coating can be done.  Funding for the asphalt repair will have to come out of the general fund.

• Asphalt Repair bid – we received a bid from John W Sheehan & Son, Inc. for doing the repairs as provided by our Property Manager.  His bid was for 5 days of work for $19,560 or 6 days for $22,480.  Gary would need to draw up the contract for the work to be performed.  W. Cashman made a motion to accept the bid and H. Ward seconded. The motion was passed by all.
