Resolution of the LCV Board at the 8/20/2013 meeting.

Resolution on Secure Shred to scan and make readable files for the 3 LCV Prospectuses.  M. Carlo stated that they have given us a very reasonable estimate to do this work (less than $100). The Phase 3 prospectus (approximately 100 plus pages) file came out very good and is on the LCV web site.  M. Carlo made the motion to accept this estimate from Secure Shred to scan and create a pdf file of the other 2 prospectuses, G. Eagan seconded.  The motion was passed by all.
