Bookkeeper Recommendation to add HOA fees for returned checks and insufficient funds in bank for auto withdrawal for HOA fees. — A. Sanford explained the situation of homeowners bouncing checks and having sufficient funds in their accounts on automated withdrawal for HOA fees. W. Cashman made the motion to charge $50 for each such occurrence and M. Carlo seconded. The motion was passed by all. Gary Favro would create a formal resolution to be voted on next month.
