Further Concrete Repairs discussion – There was discussion on whether to do the concrete repairs on the other 12 units on Iowa St. The board finally made a decision to work with the contractor to see if he could replace the sunken sidewalk sections on Iowa St and to continue with the asphalt repair contract. Any additional funds not in the checking account will be covered by borrowing from the HOA savings reserve account. Any amount borrowed would be paid back immediately at the beginning of next year’s budget. W. Cashman made the motion and G. Eagan seconded. The motion was passed by all. Gary was asked to make up another concrete repair contract. Adam said that he would talk with the contractor.
