Resolution of the LCV Board at the 11/19/2013 meeting.

Resolution to lock the tennis courts.  Dan stated that he had contacted Macs Locks and their quote for locking the two tennis courts was around $1000. Dan asked if the board would approve him getting some chains and locks to be placed on the gates for the winter months to keep owners and their dogs from misusing the tennis courts. H. Ward made a motion for Dan to purchase the chains and locks, G. Eagan seconded. The motion was passed by all.
