Resolution of the LCV Board at the 4/15/2014 meeting.

Resolution on website.  Maureen Carlo explained about the “Heart Bleed” bug that has been affecting computers, especially Gmail accounts. She recommends that we change the passwords to all out accounts so that they do not become compromised. The change to do this would be $120. S. Phillips made a motion to authorize Maureen to change all passwords for the fee of $120 and H. Ward seconded. The motion was passed by all.
