Resolution of the LCV Board at the 5/13/2014 meeting.

A homeowner wants to put a window in the side of his garage. This is not the normal policy of the HOA. H. Ward made a motion that we stay with the current policy and not allow windows to be installed in the side of garages. S. Phillips seconded. The motion was passed.
