Resolution of the Board at the 6/17/2014 meeting.

Request from Charter Communications to has exclusive access to HOA common property. The board has read the letter along with our attorney who then asked Charter if the proposal could be modified. Charter said yes. Gary explained to those present what the letter and offer was about. Some of the contract wanted to prohibit other providers from advertising in our community. Many did not like this language. Gary will get back with them to see if they will accept our changes to the agreement. M. Carlo made a motion to not take any action on this Charter Communication offer at this time, and S. Phillips seconded. The motion was passed by all.
