Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 6/17/2014 meeting.

• Resolution on printing and mailing costs for annual newsletter.  We had three quotes for copying and mailing the HOA newsletter for this year. Gerry showed those in attendance a copy of the newsletter that we have sent out in the past. M. Carlo made a motion to accept the Studley Printing quote for the newsletter for around $570. H. Ward seconded. The motion was passed by all.

• Resolution on proposed 2013-2014 LCV newsletter. The 14 page newsletter has been reviewed over the last few weeks by the members of the Board, our attorney and our property manager and updates have been made. H. Ward made a motion to accept the updated newsletter and S. Phillips seconded. The motion was passed with one abstention
