Resolution of the LCV Board at the 8/19/2014 meeting.

Dan mentioned that the board received an application by Peter Hayden of 65 Maine Road to join the board. He has worked 33 years for NYS DOCS at a local facility and has a BA in Business Administration and other degrees. We also received a request from Mr. Coleman to be on the board but he never returned the application. Other discussion continued regarding the procedure to be a board member and they were referred to the HOA documents on the LCV HOA web site. H. Ward made a motion to accept Peter’s application to be a board member and J. Roberts and M. Carlo both seconded. The motion was passed by all.
