Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 9/16/2014 meeting.

Resolution on painting contract – $4550 for all OR do only 2 units.  We have several units that are painted white over the metal siding and the white paint has been peeling. These repairs have been on the back burner for several years and need to be fixed. We have some funds in our budget to do these repairs. Besides the original quote of $4550 we also received a quote from Adams Brothers Painting to do the same work for $2700. Joe checked to see if we have enough money in the budget to do this work at this time and he said yes. J. Roberts made a motion to have Adams Brothers Painting do the work and P. Hayden seconded. The motion was passed by all. Gary will put together a contract to have the work done this year.
