Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 11/18/2014 meeting.

Resolution on home at 6 Maine Road.  Adam stated that the homeowner has moved out and that the heat and electric were off.  Gary has been looking into who is handling the property.  Adam has contacted some contractors to look at the unit and give an estimate on the heating repairs and informed the board on some different options – fixing the heating unit or use space heaters. The board discussed the situation with Adam. The management company in charge of the unit is Crown Field Services. Adam gave Gary the contact number.  Gary will send them a letter letting them know their responsibility to the adjacent unit owners. Any bills would be an expense to the HOA since the property is in foreclosure. G. Eagan made a motion to have Adam contact a contractor to work on the unit to restore the heat and electric to the unit. P. Hayden seconded the motion. The motion was passed by all.
