Due to recent aesthetic concerns about Lake Country Village properties – and questions following our Fall 2014 homeowner survey – we wanted to remind you about the proper procedures for making changes outside of your homes.

While certain repairs and maintenance (per our 2014 resolution) are the responsibility of the homeowner, changes MUST be requested and approved by the appropriate committees.  Building and landscape request forms can be found in the kiosks as well as here.

LCV is a lovely place to live and we appreciate the care that all of our homeowners put in to our properties.
