Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 3/17/2015 meeting.

• Resolution on Bookkeeper Contract.  A. Sanford has given us a letter stating that she would continue to be the LCV HOA bookkeeper for the same price as the last two years. G. Eagan made a motion to approval the contract and J. Roberts seconded. The motion was passed by all.
• Resolution on roofing contract.  C. Thomas said that he was not going to raise his labor rate and we already have the quote for Curtis lumber for the material to re-roof 5 buildings. Curtis Lumber has agreed to store the material until it is needed. H. Ward made a motion to approve Thomas Construction to do the roofing this year and P. Hayden seconded. The motion was passed by all present. 
• Resolution on Baltimore Pump Station Maintenance Contract.  Dan stated that Roto Rooter gave us a quote for the same price as last year of $1458.  G. Eagan made a motion to approval the contact and H. Ward seconded. The motion was passed by all present.
