Resolution of the LCV Board at the 3/17/2015 meeting.

Resolution on work request for fence.  B. Hofer said he would answer questions on a homeowner request for a lattice style fence in his back yard.  Bob stated that the type or style of the fence was not consistent with other fences in LCV.  The homeowner wanted to change his to a lattice style fence.  There was some additional discussion by those present.  P. Hayden made a motion to agree with the recommendation of the building committee and not allow a lattice style fence.  G. Eagan seconded the motion.  The motion was passed by all present.
