Resolution of the LCV Board at the 4/21/2015 meeting.

Resolution on purchase of a new Flag for LCV.  J. Trombley requested approval from the board to purchase a new 5-8 foot American flag for the flag pole, The current one is getting frayed and torn. Discussion took place on different ways we could fund the purchase. The cost is $89. A motion to approve the purchase by J. Roberts and seconded by G. Eagan. The motion was passed 4-0.
