Resolution of the LCV Board at the 5/12/2015 meeting.

Resolution on election of officers.  H. Ward nominated Dan Shusda to be president and P. Hayden seconded. Bob Turek nominated H. Ward to be president and P. Hayden seconded. Votes were taken. For Dan Shusda the votes were 4 for and 2 against. For Henry Ward the votes were 2 for and 4 against. So Dan Shusda is president of the board again. H. Ward nominated Sue Phillips for Vice President and T. Maglienti seconded. The votes were 5 for and 1 against. H. Ward nominated Peter Hayden for treasurer and S. Phillips seconded. The votes were 6 for and 0 against. H. Ward nominated Gerry Eagan for secretary and S. Phillips seconded. The votes were 6 for and 0 against.
