Resolution of the LCV Board at the 5/12/2015 meeting.

Resolution on the 2015-2016 HOA Maintenance Fee Budget revision.  Due to the increased cost of our HOA insurance policy the board needed to adjust the proposed budget. The line item for Insurance was increased and the line item for Fence repair/replace was reduced to enable us to keep the monthly fee at $205.  Handouts of the budget were made available to the homeowners who attended the meeting. There was discussion about how the NY Road fence will be fixed but that discussion was put off for another meeting. H. Ward made a motion to approve the modified 2015-2016 budget and M. Carlo seconded. The motion was passed by all. A copy of the approved budget will be in the yearly newsletter.
