Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 6/16/2015 meeting.

• Resolution on 2015 HOA Newsletter. Dan informed everyone that the board had been reviewing the proposed 2015 Newsletter and described the contents which include the new HOA budget, a Work Request form, and coupons for the monthly HOA fees. There was discussion about the new insurance policy and coverage. The first page of the newsletter was amended to highlight IMPORTANT INSURANCE INFORMATION,  Please Read.  A motion was made to accept the amended newsletter by H. Ward and seconded by P. Hayden.  The motion was passed by all.

• Resolution on printer for the Newsletter. Dan informed them of the 4 choices we had for printing the newsletter. A motion to select FASPRINT to print and mail the HOA newsletter was made by H. Ward and seconded by S. Phillips. The motion was passed by all.
