Resolution on request of homeowner for reimbursement on a plumbing bill. The bill is $290.52. The board had discussed this request and said that the board would cover the cost beyond the original call. The original call was $81. H. Ward made a motion to reimburse the owner $209.52 and P. Hayden seconded. The motion passed 5-0 with one abstention. The HOA will have a check sent to the owner.
