Resolution on request for 90 Maine Road to put a fence around a small portion of HOA common area along his back yard. P. Hayden made a motion to accept Gary’s assessment on the request and to deny letting a homeowner annex a portion of HOA common area for an expanded fenced in back yard. H. ward seconded the motion. The motion to deny was passed by all. Homeowner asked if he could replace the current fence property line and move the gate placement to eliminate a potential safety issue. The board said yes. The building committee should approve the amended work request.
