Resolution on responsibilities of homeowners. G. Eagan read through a list of HOA homeowner’s responsibilities that the board has been reviewing over the last few weeks. G. Favro recommended that we add to the list that it is not an exhaustive list. T. Maglienti made a motion to accept the amended list as discussed. H. Ward seconded. The motion was passed by all.
