Resolution of the LCV Board at the 8/18/2015 meeting.

Resolution on painting quote/contract to paint chipped paint on the siding of 15 units. There was some discussion to see if we needed to do any other units. P. Hayden made a motion to approve the contract for $1350 and G. Eagan seconded. The motion was passed by all. G. Favro agreed to make up a contract for the work to be done. Adam was asked to provide a list of the units being painted to Gary to place in the contract.
