Resolution of the LCV Board at the 8/18/2015 meeting.

Resolution on proposal by B. Turek to fix NY Road fence and to paint the NY Road fence. B. Turek has estimated that he would need $250 for materials to repair the fences. Some sections will need to be raised up to get them out of the dirt. B. Turek would head up the repair and the labor would be at no expense to the HOA. T. Maglienti made a motion to approve the proposal and P. Hayden seconded. The motion passed by a vote of 5-1. Adam stated that he would have Hart’s trim around the fences to allow access for repair and painting.
