Resolution of the LCV Board at the 8/18/2015 meeting.

Resolution to paint or replace medallions on 100+ units needing repair. We have a quote from Adam’s Painting to paint the medallions for $8425. Some discussion by the board and attendees took place. B. Turek offered a second proposal to replace 42 medallions purchasing new ones and have Thomas Construction replace each for $25. Cost of replacement of the 42 and installation would cost around $2956. T. Maglienti made a motion to accept B. Turek’s proposal and B. Turek seconded. The motion passed 4-2. B. Turek also stated that he would store the medallions that are removed and keep them in his storage locker for future use. B. Turek is to provide the board with a list of the 42 medallions that are slated to be replaced.
