Resolutions of the LCV Board at the 8/18/2015 meeting.

• Resolution on request from 29 Kansas Ave – remove bushes and plant flowers. H. Ward made a motion to approve the work request and P. Hayden seconded. The motion was passed by all.

• Resolution on request from 33 Maryland Rd – remove pine tree on common ground, plant blue spruce. H. Ward made a motion to deny the request and P. Hayden seconded. The motion was passed 5-0 with one abstention.

• Resolution on request to plant 3 trees in the community garden area. T. Maglienti made a motion to accept W. Chmura’s offer to plant 3 trees and G. Eagan seconded. The motion passed 4-3 with the requirement that Mr. Chmura would have to care for the trees.
