Resolution of the LCV Board at the 9/15/2015 meeting.

Resolution on obtaining a bank credit or debit card. Discussion occurred about whether we should obtain a card or not. Our bookkeeper was not comfortable with doing an ACH transfer with an online vendor and offered to send a check. A check would take more time to process and to receive what was ordered. A recommendation to table getting a credit card until we can have an agreed upon procedure to use it and keep track of it was made by G. Eagan and seconded by T. Maglienti. The motion to table it passed 5-1.
