Resolution of the LCV Board at the 9/15/2015 meeting.

Resolution on request from Sarah Cashman for reimbursement of late fees. Anne Sanford had a statement from Sarah’s husband that someone went in and had Wayne Cashman account frozen. Due to the nature of the situation G. Eagan made a motion that we should be compassionate about this and waive the late fees and reimburse Sarah. P. Hayden seconded. The motion passed 5-0 with one abstention.
